Sales Executive
Sales executives are responsible for the maximization of sales for a company products. They help in the turnover of sales and provide data regarding changes required in the product to meet customer standards. They are people who reach towards the customer directly.
Questions being asked in the interview :

Should have done a thorough job of research or your industry and company

Being thrown for a loop by this question is a sign that your candidate is a life-long learner, which is becoming increasingly important in sales.

3. How do you keep up to date on your target market?
Even if the target market of their last job is totally different than that of the one they are interviewing for, this will show you their ability to find and keep up to date with relevant trade publications and blogs.

Tell me about your dream job ?
Stay away from a specific job. You cannot win. If you say the job you are contending for is it, you strain credibility. If you say another job is it, you plant the suspicion that you will be dissatisfied with this position if hired. The best is to stay genetic and say something like: A job where I love the work, like the people, can contribute and cannot wait to get to work.

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
Specifics here are not good. Something like this should work: I wouldd like it to be a long time. Or As long as we both feel I am doing a good job.

Why do you want to work for this organization?
This may take some thought and certainly, should be based on the research you have done on the organization. Sincerity is extremely important here and will easily be sensed. Relate it to your long-term career goals.

What is your Expected Salary?
A loaded question. A nasty little game that you will probably lose if you answer first. So, do not answer it. Instead, say something like, That is a tough question. Can you tell me the range for this position? In most cases, the interviewer, taken off guard, will tell you. If not, say that it can depend on the details of the job. Then give a wide range.

Have you consistently met your sales goals?
Naturally, the interviewer will want to know about your sales history. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals. Possible Answer: Yes, I have always met or exceeded my sales goals over my ten-year career in the business.

What experience do you have in this field?
Speak about specifics that relate to the position you are applying for. If you do not have specific experience, get as close as you can.
